Document Pack
To assist brokers with using Optimus Commercial™ and brokering in general, Fiducia Commercial Solutions have put together some additional services.
The first of these services is a document pack, which includes all the documentation needed to broker any commercial mortgage enquiry.
You may have your own form of these documents, which you prefer to use. However if you do not have these documents, this pack has been designed to save you time and money constructing your own. The documents included are:
- Key Facts - detailing what you offer, the fees for your services and other key information.
- A Lending Proposition - advising prospective introducers of how you will work with them and the benefits to them.
- What We Offer – a document detailing what rates and terms you can look to source for your clients on different types of properties.
- Enquiry Form - A quick and simple form detailing the information you need to provide indicative rates and terms.
- Application Form - a detailed form of all the information needed to source lending, including income and expenditure statement.
- Rates Sheet - a document allowing you to record all the rates offered by each Lender. Allowing you to compare all the rates and recommend the best rates to the client.
- Terms and Conditions including a Fee Disclosure Statement - generated by solicitors and amended through the years of brokering.
- A separate Fee Disclosure Statement – detailing all the fees on the case.
- Invoice Template - which can be used when invoicing clients for fees
- Example Letter Templates - for all key points of brokering an enquiry. Including – quoting rates, requesting application forms, sending the offer letter, requesting your broker fee, thank you letters after completion.
You can purchase all these documents for only £100 plus VAT which includes updates on all documents for the next 12 months.
